Shopping online with De-Lady is really simple and secure. Whilst every care is taken to ensure the pictures shown match the actual goods as closely as possible some variations may occur due to limitations in the photographic process, also varying monitor settings will influence the way the image appears and the colours seen on your screen. Any reference to weights and sizes are approximate only, although we do try to make them as accurate as possible or stated by manufacturers. We reserve the right to reject any order up to the point of dispatch for any reason.
Payment from the UK can be made by Amex, Visa and MasterCard. All online transactions are conducted over a secure server through PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to make payments using your card, just fill in your details at the checkout and PayPal will do the rest. All prices are correct at the time of going online but are subject to change at any time without prior notification, all errors and omissions excepted.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
All goods will be dispatched by first class post with every effort made to post within 5 days. We aim to ship all goods by first class post within 2-3 days, but please allow up to 10 days for delivery. Should there be any problems we will contact you via email. Should any items be unavailable then we will send you an email to let you know. Please re-order any out of stock items when they become available or contact us regarding availability. We will send goods by Recorded Delivery if you ask but this will be an additional charge to the postage value.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly exchange the item or refund your money within 14 days. This does not affect your statutory rights. Should you wish to return the item(s) for any reason, the following conditions apply:
Goods should be returned in their original packaging with all original labeling attached and were possible any wraps intact and unopened. We will not accept any item if there is any indication that it has been used or tampered with. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser.
Refunds are made within 30 days and credited to the card used to make the purchase but exclude delivery charges.
We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. We recommend that you send by registered post and retain the proof of posting.

De-Lady Salon respects your personal information and undertakes to comply with applicable Data Protection Legislation. We will not pass any of your details to anyone, except where this is legally required due to fraud, in any case would not be done without your permission.
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using this shopping system over the Internet. De-Lady Salon does not hold your credit card details on the website or on our client booking database. Our service provider uses Internet standard encryption technology to scramble your sensitive data when you transmit it to us. We offer secure on-line transactions, which means, you can shop at home, in the office, or at a cybercafe. Please note that you are entering a legally binding contract when buying goods on the internet.
