The word "manicure" comes directly from the Latin words manus, meaning "hand," and cura meaning "care". So manicure is basically the care of the hand and fingernails. Manicure is a very popular beauty service. Manicures helps to improve the appearance of the hands, keeps the cuticle neat, healthy and attractive, as well as encourage natural nail growth.

A manicure treatment can be carried out for the hands or nails, or both. A basic manicure normally involves filing and shaping of the nails, buffing, treatment of the cuticles, finished with cuticle oil and finally a special moisturising handbalance treatment for the hands/nails and the application of nail polish and nail art.

Manicures range from therapeutic treatment wraps and massage to the" Xpress Manicure" which rejuvenates your nails and gets you out the door ready for dinner in just 25-35 minutes.

Manicure may also include the application of Acrylic overlay, Gels, Fiberglass, and Nail Sculpting as an additional service.

We offer three different pedicures to choose from:

Xpress Manicure - takes 25-35 minutes (plus drying time) and includes File shape, buff and nail re-vanish, finishing with cuticle oil.

Basic Spa Manicure - takes 40 - 55 minutes (plus drying time) and includes all of the above plus, cuticle treatment, hand massage.

Classic French Manicure - takes 40 - 55 minutes (plus drying time) and includes Basic Spa Manicure plus French Polish.

Deluxe Spa Manicure - takes about 1 hours and includes Basic Spa Manicure plus the application of special moisturising treatment for the hands/nails, hand mask or hot paraffin wax treatment. The hand massage is longer. We use ARTDECO products for this service.
