Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled by giving 24 hours notice

to avoid incurring charges or losing loyalty points.

IMPORTANT: 

Please note that a deposit of at least £20 or 50% (whichever is greater) is required for all braids, plaits or weaves/hair extension appointments; £10 deposit is required for all other services. Deposit paid for any appointment booked less than 24hrs i.e. on the day of treatment are non-refundable, however appointments can be rescheduled.

We require at least 2 days advance booking for braids, plaits and weaves/hair extensions this is so that we can serve you better by allocating you to the appropriate stylist.

For hair extension services, we require 40% deposit to cover the cost of ordering any hair pieces/products. Once an order has been placed, the deposit is non-refundable as products can not be returned to the manufacturers/suppliers.

We require 24hrs notice for cancellation of any appointments. Appointments can also be rescheduled given 24hrs notice. Deposits are NON-Refundable for appointments cancelled less than 24hrs.
