Enhancing nails by extending and decorating is not new. It is a practice that existed in ancient Egypt centuries ago.

Nails that are well manicured and enhanced improve the beauty of the hands and can help boost overall confidence.

At De-Lady Salon we specialise in all 3 nail extension systems (Acrylic, Gel and Fibreglass - silk wrap). Our service include:

You can choose one of 3 different method of nail enhancement:

Natural Nail Overlay - with this method the natural nails are not artificially extended. Acrylic, Gel or Fibreglass product is applied over the natural nail to protect it or to correct any abnormalities.
Tip and Overlay - with this method the natural nail is artificially extended in length with nail tips and the extension is then covered with Acrylic, Gel, or Fibreglass product.
Sculptured Nails - this method allows the natural nail to be extended by sculpting an extension with only the product over a 'nail form', no tip is used. Not suitable for fibreglass system.

Choosing a nail system:

Acrylic - stronger, thin and natural looking nail, suitable if your hands are always busy. For clients who do not like the strong smell of Acrylic we also use odour free Acrylic. Easy to take off.
Gel - similar to Acrylic nails, strong (but not as strong as Acrylic) with high shine and no odour. The Gels we use at De-Lady are hardened by exposure to Ultra Violet (UV) light and comes in various colours. Harder to remove and repair.
Fibreglass - also known as 'silk nails' or 'wraps'. These are suitable for naturally long nails requiring strength, allowing them to be protected from premature breakage. Not as strong as Acrylic.
